Products that have been manufactured and installed cannot be exchanged or returned unless they contain manufacturing defects, after verification by our competent authority. In the case of exchanging or returning products that contain manufacturing defects or do not meet specifications, and based on our determination, the product will be awaited to reach the customer within 90 working days from the date of receipt of the order, if it is not available in our warehouses. Returns or exchanges of products that have been opened may be refused to protect public health, unless there is a defect in the product that warrants compensation. In the event of a manufacturing defect that causes the product not to work, the original packaging and all accessories must be returned.
